The aim of this Conseil des Notariats de l’Union Européenne (CNUE) website is to provide a single website (www.notaries-directory.eu), on which the national directories of notaries, already being available to the public in several countries of the European Union, are published. By enabling European citizens to easily find a notary in Europe, the purpose of the website is to provide citizen a single platform on which they are able to easily find a notary in any country of the EU. At the same time, it is possible to find a notary who speaks his or her language in another country. This information is available in all the languages of the European Union.
You are not permitted to use this website other than for the following, private, non-commercial purposes: (i) viewing this website; (ii) sending a message to a notary; (iii) transferring to other websites through links provided on this website; and (iv) making use of other facilities that may be provided on the website.
The use of automated systems or software to extract data from this website for commercial purposes, (‘screen scraping’) is prohibited.
The content of this website is the sole responsibility of the CNUE. The content of information is communicated and updated by the national chambers of notariats, under the CNUE’s supervision. With reference to Article 19 of the GDPR, national chambers (the controller) shall notify the CNUE – to whom the personal data have been communicated - of any rectification or deletion of personal data (concerning notaries) or any limitation of the processing carried out so that the CNUE can integrate them into the European Directory of Notaries. The European Commission does not accept any responsibility for use that may be made of the information it contains.
